Tasting Notes
The Brunello di Montalcino Biondi-Santi 2016 is a wine full of light and energy with a bouquet with crunchy fruity notes, where black cherry, blood orange and small red berries stand out which are accompanied by balsamic and fragrant herbal sensations. In the mouth, energy and sweetness blend with elegance and balance. The silky tannins caress the palate and lead to a long and coherent aftertaste with the fruity notes perceived on the nose, while the final flavor leaves us with a great sensation of freshness.
