TASTING NOTES
To produce this great wine, Domaine Jean Fe?ry and Sons harvests the grapes from a parcel of vines that he owns on the place called "Les Allots" located on the village of Nuits-Saint-Georges. Brilliant black cherry colour. The aroma exhales flavours of fresh and sharp fruits (raspberry redcurrant). In the mouth it is fresh and subtle. Complex, rich, elegant, plump and harmonious wine. Wine to be tasted young or aged.
 
FOOD PAIRING
This wine with nice red meat cooked in sauce or a gratin of autumnal vegetables such as butternut squash or mushrooms.
